Our first thanks is to the Alexander family who’s 12 acre land has been used for the hobbiton set situated in New Zealand. It is a place of wonder where you can see the realistic shire world.

The trip to hobbiton village is like a dream coming true. There are nearly 44 holes in the Hobbit houses and it resembles exactly the house in the movie. The windows in the house shows the small kitchens. The iconic tree where Bilbo Baggins celebrated his birthday as Gandalf surprises him with crackers stood straight.

As you go on, you can see the Green dragon Inn where the hobbits danced with their favourite Ginger beer in their hand. Don’t forget to taste the apple cider and ginger beer.
